Sugar-Free Blueberry Coconut Pecan MuffinsThese are perfect muffins for the holiday season. I first served them years ago at a Christmas brunch. Some of my guests jokingly asked me if I was eating sugar again. Yes, they are that good. 1 tsp. cinnamon powder ¼ cup butter (or combination of butter and oil) 1 cup frozen blueberries Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
